Should my Case come before the Lords of the Treasury by the 7th of May next, I shall then have "Nine years, two months and sixteen days" service; and considering the climate in which I have served, and the satisfaction I have always given to this Government in the performance of the duties of so many different offices, I most respectfully pray that a Pension on the scale of Ten years ordinary service be granted.
